Mechanical Technician for CNC Machinery wanted:
Responsibilities: provide technical (electrical and mechanical) troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining CNC machines and tools, including milling, lathe and EDM machines and equipment, to sustain 24/7 operations.
Required Qualifications: must have at least 5 years experience working with CNC equipment or repairing similar robotic equipment.

Responsibilities: Provide technical support to electrical / mechanical mechanics to trouble shoot and repair machine tools to sustain a 24/7 operation; Perform some / selected functions of electro-mechanical mechanic when required in support of production requirement; Perform installation, monitoring, maintenance, repair, modification, and/or design modification, reprogramming of high-tech metal finishing equipment; Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems inspections following best practices; Diagnose equipment malfunction, sourcing of spare / replacement part for repair. Responsibilities: Design and development of electromechanical engineering projects. Coordinate and manage projects from initial design industrial electromechanical equipment for power plants, industrial plants, etc. Design, coordinate and direct maintenance in industrial plants and power stations: High-powered marine engines and steam turbines; steam boilers, shell and water tube; air and vacuum compressors; industrial chiller refrigeration units, cold rooms, etc.; pumps, fans, power transmission; centrifuges, heat exchangers, valves, etc.. Perform vibration analysis and roughness; noise analysis; and analysis of heat transfer coefficient. Design and development of safety and security systems for electrical installations and substations, including: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC); automation of machinery and equipment for industrial processes; development of monitoring, control and SCADA integration of industrial processes for power plants and industrial process. Performs automation of machinery and equipment with microprocessor-based platforms and systems, human interfaces (HMI) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Troubleshooting and programming of variable frequency devices (VFD). Maintenance of engines and power generator synchronous to 5.8 Mw; three-phase power transformers; and thermo graphic testing of electrical connections, electrical design, automation and packaging machinery repairs. Assist in repairing robotic equipment including, but not limited to CNC, EDM equipment type.
